We currently offer shipping across the United Kingdom. Depending on your location and the items ordered, we provide the following options:
Standard Shipping: Delivered via Royal Mail or our partner couriers.
Store Collection: You can choose to collect your order directly from our location. This is a free service.
Our products are shipped so that they arrive on the date choosen at checkout.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery method selected.
Standard UK Shipping: £7
Store Collection: Free.
If you select "Pick up" at checkout, your order will be ready for collection during our operating hours:

Hours: Mon-Sat 8am - 18pm
Since many of our products are perishable (such as our artisan cakes and pastries), please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
We use insulated or protective packaging where necessary to maintain quality.
Once delivered, please follow the storage instructions included with your treats (e.g., refrigerate upon arrival).
While we pack our bakes with the utmost care, we cannot control the handling by third-party couriers.
If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately and contact us at info@nekobakehouse.com within 24 hours of receipt.
We are unable to offer refunds for delayed deliveries caused by incorrect address entry or missed delivery attempts.
At this time, we only ship within the UK to ensure the freshness and integrity of our baked goods.
