At Neko Bakehouse, we create a selection of baked goods inspired by Japanese techniques and flavours.
Our menu centres around our baked doughnuts and our signature milk bread, made using the Japanese yudane method for an exceptionally soft and beautifully moist texture. It’s the kind of bread you’ll want to come back to again and again.
Our baked doughnuts are shaped like little cats and bears, each one lightly decorated by hand with a sweet little face.
They are baked rather than fried, giving them a moist and delicate crumb that feels light yet satisfying.
From time to time, we also offer chiffon cakes and other soft, airy bakes, known for their beautifully light texture and gentle sweetness.
Everything is made in small batches to keep the quality just right.
